The reality

Premium clinics often have amateur-grade websites

Three friction points we see consistently when we audit Dubai clinic websites. Each one is fixable — but each one is silently costing you patients today.

Patients judge your clinic by your website

A premium clinic with a 2018-era WordPress site sends the wrong signal. Patients book where they trust the online experience.

Booking friction kills conversions

Every extra step between “I need an appointment” and “booked” costs you patients. Modern booking flows take 30 seconds, not 5 minutes.

Insurance and language barriers

Dubai patients come from 200+ countries with different insurance providers. Your site must navigate that complexity, not add to it.

Your website is the first consultation. Make sure it earns the next.

What you get

What a clinic site needs to convert at premium-fee price points

Six components engineered for the realities of the UAE healthcare market — from booking integration to MOH-aware structure.

Online booking integration

We wire in your booking platform of choice — Cliniko, Practo, your existing PMS via API, or a custom calendar synced to Google Calendar.

Doctor bio system

A dedicated profile per practitioner: photo, specialty, languages, credentials, treatments. Editable from the CMS, indexed by Google.

Treatment library

A page per treatment with structured data, FAQ, and pricing transparency. Better SEO, better LLM visibility, less reception time wasted.

Insurance info pages

Your accepted insurance providers surfaced clearly — logo grid above the fold, filterable on the booking flow if needed.

Multilingual access

Native bilingual or trilingual builds (EN / AR / FR) with proper hreflang. Russian, Hindi or other languages on request.

Kenobot triage

After-hours inquiries handled in any language: urgency assessed, appointments booked for the next slot, true emergencies redirected.

A typical Saturday night at your clinic

Medical

A French expat needs an emergency dental appointment on Saturday night

A French expat in Jumeirah breaks a tooth on Saturday at 11pm. Your Al Barsha clinic is closed, but his pain is real. Kenobot answers in French, understands the emergency level, redirects to the on-call line for true emergencies, or books a Monday morning slot if the patient can wait. Capture done, urgency triaged, no patient lost to a competitor’s late-night Google search.

Our process

A predictable five-step path from kickoff to launch — typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope.

  1. Discovery

We map your goals, audience, and competitors. You get a written brief and a fixed scope.

  2. Design

High-fidelity mockups in Figma — desktop and mobile. You approve before any code is written.

  3. Development

Next.js + Sanity build with weekly demos on a private staging URL. No surprises at the end.

  4. Launch

DNS cutover, SEO checklist, analytics wired up. We monitor for 48 hours after go-live.

  5. Support

Three to six months of bug fixes and small changes included, depending on your pack.

Medical web design FAQ

  • Can you integrate with our practice management system?
Yes. We integrate with the booking platform you use, or recommend one if you don’t have one yet. Common options: a custom calendar synced to Google Calendar, a Doctolib-style module, or your existing PMS via API.
  • How do you handle PDPL compliance for patient data?
Forms are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Submissions are forwarded to your secure system or emailed via a PDPL-aware provider. We do not store medical records on the website itself — the website is a front door, not a medical record system.
  • Do you support DHA / MOHAP information pages?
Yes. We surface your DHA or MOHAP licence on every page footer and on the dedicated about/clinic page, alongside your speciality registrations. Final sign-off remains with your in-house compliance officer.
  • Can Kenobot triage emergencies properly?
We train Kenobot on your urgency framework: true emergencies redirected to your on-call line or 999, urgent (next-day) cases booked into your earliest available slot, routine cases scheduled normally. Your medical lead validates the script before launch.
  • How do you handle multilingual medical content accuracy?
We work from your validated source content in English, then have native translators (medical-aware) localise to Arabic and French. Final medical sign-off remains yours. We never auto-translate clinical descriptions.
  • What about online prescription request forms?
Repeat-prescription forms are a common feature. We build them PDPL-aware, deliverable to a secure inbox or directly into your PMS. Final medical authorisation always goes through your team.
